William Cavali as MASTERNEVER. It begins…

There are many reasons to study the martial arts. This list is not exhaustive, but what came to mind as I was writing:
The spirit of Bruce Leroy and Sho’nuff are going strong, even if the RZA hit a snag on his way to Sony.

This weekend, a martial artist who described himself as ”Shonuff - The Shogun of Harlem,” announced his return to the New York City martial arts scene. The crowd in the Time Square theater did not take to the news favorably and the end result was a brawl between Mr. Nuff and several members of the audience.
Most interesting, Mr. Nuff seemed to focus his attention on a skinny Black man with a straw hat, who avoided the melee.
Martial arts actor, Bruce Lee, who is known by many from his role in the Green Hornet, has defeated martial arts champion Chuck Norris.
Norris had previously beaten champions including Moore, Sanders and Lewis. The martial arts community is not sure how Norris’s career will be effected by a loss to an actor!

Daniel Laruso won the ALL VALLEY KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP yesterday afternoon, with an amazing little technique that him and his teacher, named Miyagi, have been perfecting, entitled “The Crane Technique.”
I wonder if it can be stopped? I’d like to see Daniel in the MMA world… in any event, here is coverage from one of our correspondents.

Vidal and 2nd place winner Lawrence.
